Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility Criteria: Non-profit organizations seeking to participate in the Codigion Social Impact Initiative ("Initiative") must meet the following eligibility criteria:

    • Be officially registered as a non-profit organization in their respective country.
    • Demonstrate a clear commitment to a social or humanitarian cause.
    • Possess the necessary infrastructure and resources to effectively utilize the provided IT and software solutions.

  2. Application Process: Non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the Initiative are required to submit initiative details to Codigion's official email address at contact@codigion.com. Codigion reserves the right to review and approve applications based on its sole discretion.

  3. Free IT and Software Solutions: Upon acceptance into the Initiative, non-profit organizations will gain access to Codigion's IT and software solutions free of charge. These solutions will be provided under the branding "Powered by Codigion."

  4. Collaboration Agreement: Participating non-profit organizations will be required to enter into a collaboration agreement with Codigion. This agreement will outline the specific terms and conditions governing the usage, implementation, and support of the technology solutions provided.

  5. Usage and Implementation: Non-profits agree to utilize the provided IT and software solutions for the sole purpose of advancing their mission and supporting their social or humanitarian cause. Codigion will collaborate with each organization to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions.

  6. No Commercial Use: The technology solutions provided under this Initiative are intended solely for non-commercial use by participating non-profit organizations. Any commercial use or resale of these solutions is strictly prohibited.

  7. Data Privacy and Security: Codigion is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of any data shared or processed through its technology solutions. Non-profits must adhere to Codigion's data protection policies and practices.

  8. Termination: Codigion reserves the right to terminate the participation of any non-profit organization in the Initiative if they breach the terms and conditions outlined in the collaboration agreement or engage in activities inconsistent with the goals of the Initiative.

  9. Amendments: Codigion may amend these terms and conditions at its discretion, and any changes will be communicated to participating non-profit organizations in a timely manner.

  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Meghalaya, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
